Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team and work on a major CPG/personal care company. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee client programming, manage complex projects, and lead and inspire team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive integrated campaigns, including PR strategies, talent and influencer partnerships, brand partnerships, and more
  • Assist in crafting media materials, such as media strategies, press releases, and pitches
  • Lead client calls and internal meetings, serving as a strategic and trusted partner
  • Directly manage 2-3 employees, providing coaching and feedback to add value to their work
  • Create and review program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Maintain strong media connections and be willing to build new ones as needed
  • Participate in new business activities as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in-house or at an agency
  • Experience managing a team and mentoring junior talent
  • Media expertise and campaign development experience
  • Media savviness, including corporate storytelling and consumer trends and culture
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, partners, and networks
  • Experience working on an integrated agency team
  • Solution-oriented and collaborative approach, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
