About the Role

As a key member of our client servicing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and prepare information for client requests, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the account team, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring the accuracy of each step in the policy life cycle.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic client inquiries and requests, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Support account teams in coordinating client-facing interactions, preparing materials and presentations as needed.
  • Take notes at client meetings and track key takeaways for account teams.
  • Process policy changes and updates efficiently and accurately.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. If you're a nimble learner with excellent judgment, and are able to prioritize tasks effectively, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service, office administration, and/or insurance experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of hire.
