Job Summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join their team in a dynamic school district. As a key member of the educational team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological services to students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention
    • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
    • Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Counseling and Support
    • Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop supportive learning environments that promote academic success and emotional well-being.
  • Consultation and Collaboration
    • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' individual needs and develop effective behavior management plans.
    • Provide training and workshops on topics related to mental health, learning disabilities, and crisis intervention.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay current with best practices in school psychology and related fields through ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
