Job Title: School Psychologist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to support student academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions to promote student learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students facing academic or emotional challenges.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in special education evaluations and eligibility determinations.
  • Provide professional development and training to staff on best practices in addressing students' mental health and behavioral needs.
  • Advocate for students' needs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including IDEA.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active State School Psychologist License.
  • National certification through the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working as a school psychologist or in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates with appropriate training and internships.
