Position Overview
The role of a Sales Associate is an entry-level opportunity that offers both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate your needs. Responsibilities include cash handling, processing fuel transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking shelves. In addition, some positions may involve food preparation and ensuring foodservice safety. Beyond these tasks, you will experience a supportive team environment and engaging interactions with customers. While prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude is essential, and our comprehensive training programs will equip you for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations during every interaction.
- Commit to upholding a clean and safe environment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
- Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including customer service excellence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards loyalty program.
- Adhere to health code guidelines to maintain safety standards.
- Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is associated with a 7-Eleven convenience store operated by an independent contractor franchisee of 7-Eleven, Inc. The hiring process will be conducted by the franchisee, who is responsible for all employment decisions.
