Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Design and execute engaging in-store demonstrations that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless execution of demonstrations and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient ability to use and navigate personal computers and mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
  • Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handlers permit (if required).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies, and product.
Working Conditions

This role is based in a retail store environment with limited travel. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance and proper grooming at all times.
