Associate Licensed Clinician Extended Day Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our Extended Day Treatment team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to children ages 5-14 in a supportive treatment environment.
Responsibilities- Provide group, individual, and family therapy to children and their families
- Maintain contact with schools and other collateral providers
- Provide on-call clinical support to the program
- Assist milieu staff in working with children in crisis
- Maintain clinical documentation according to licensing, accreditation, and Medicaid regulations
- Attend and facilitate treatment meetings for clients
- Conduct clinical in-service trainings for program staff
- MSW or equivalent required with a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Clinical degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed-eligible counseling degree
- LMSW or equivalent required and licensed eligible
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills for individual, family, and group therapy
- Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to function autonomously in day-to-day responsibilities
