Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a Common Operational Picture or Common Tactical Picture.
  • Must possess a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Education/Certifications: IAT Level II is mandatory.
  • Proficient in operating GCCS-J COP systems and utilizing COP Synchronization Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the theater-wide COP database and ensure the integration of all available sensor data.
  • Direct the coordination of joint track/data and facilitate the implementation of GCCS-J COP architectures.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities into the COP.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the JOC display in accordance with daily operational requirements.
  • Develop and manage IT lifecycle plans and technology refresh opportunities.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Experience in network troubleshooting and system integration.

Additional Duties:

  • Provide technical support for network operations and ensure compliance with IA standards.
  • Document all testing and implementation processes, including performance analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Support the development of network infrastructure designs and conduct impact assessments.
