Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our team in the Dallas area. As a key member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive annual salary, with a range of $150,000 - $200,000 based on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer WRVU production incentives, CME opportunities up to 1 week and $2,000, and up to 2 weeks of PTO per year. Other benefits include 401K and 6 paid holidays.

Work-Life Balance

This position features a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends required. Our call schedule is limited to 2-3 times per year, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between your personal and professional life.

Technology and Support

You will be working with EMR Athena, a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system. Our practice also provides ongoing training and support to ensure your success in this role.
