We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at CrowdRx. As a leader in event medical services, we deliver compassionate and quality medical care to event guests, venue staff, and local partners at special events across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver on-site BLS level care in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols.
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical assistance calls and public safety issues within assigned venues or event areas.
- Coordinate and arrange emergent and non-emergent transport for patients to higher levels of care.
- Communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials to provide critical information.
- Utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide high-quality patient care.
- Properly generate and submit required response and patient care documentation.
- Maintain all issued uniforms and response gear, and utilize personal protective equipment.
- Keep current on NREMT and state certifications/licenses.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of first aid offices and medical gear.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- State EMT, Paramedic, or NREMT credential required.
- Applicable state certification(s).
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 1+ years experience as an EMS provider preferred.
- 911 experience preferred.
- Effective customer service skills.
- A working understanding of special event operations and customer service.
