What We Offer

As a Retail Sales Associate at Cox Communications, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a full-time hourly base rate and monthly targeted commissions. You will also receive a ramp-up period to adjust to commission earnings, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products and influence customer decisions.
  • Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to be mobile within the store for extended periods to greet customers and demonstrate products.
  • Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stock room inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college with a focus in sales, business, and/or management.
  • One year of experience in a related field, such as sales, retail sales, or service industry.
  • Experience selling wireless or mobile products.
