Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Collect and process payments from patients
