CPI Security is a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, offering a wide range of innovative products to safeguard businesses and communities. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Security Sales Consultant to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina.

About the Role: As a Commercial Security Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, presenting, and selling our award-winning security and automation solutions to commercial clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating CPI Security's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations.
  • Product Merchandising: Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings, plus commissions on top.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but we will train the right individual.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity; strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities; demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals; detail-oriented, creative, and decisive; experience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus.
