About Us: We pride ourselves on our high standards of patient satisfaction, reflected in our impressive NPS of 95. Our approach goes beyond traditional physical therapy; we offer a variety of tailored wellness programs, including Pilates and TRX, all within a bright and inviting setting.
Your Role: As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Work enthusiastically in an outpatient orthopedic environment.
- Deliver quality patient care through one-on-one treatment sessions.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Preferably possess outpatient experience.
- Hold an active PT license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000, with potential bonuses based on experience.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
- 15 days of paid time off plus 10 paid company holidays.
- Continuing education stipend to support your professional growth.
