Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA on our Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit, you will work closely with our registered nurses to provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with cardiac disease, arrhythmias, and post-operative care needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Work closely with registered nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with patient transfers, discharges, and other unit activities
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Current listing with Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ years of experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
