Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our dialysis patients in their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording patient stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
