Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time teletherapy position. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with school-age students ranging from grades K-12, providing services that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need, and develop targeted interventions to address these areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Soliant team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • ASHA certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
