Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging, effective training programs that align with adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Create cutting-edge learning assets tailored for our global sales audience, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and videos.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System, ensuring it supports our broader learning and development goals.
  • Implement knowledge taxonomy and meta-data tagging systems to effectively organize and manage our knowledge assets.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, particularly within revenue enablement at a SaaS company.
  • Proficient in e-learning authoring and video production tools, such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing an LMS, with a strong understanding of platforms like Highspot or Seismic.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas and engaging your audience.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to adapt to an evolving tech stack and work well across departments.
What We Offer
