About the Role

Civista Bank is seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand our banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers daily to build relationships and provide personalized banking services.
  • Process transactions, assess customer needs, and recommend products and services to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous banking experience, preferably in a teller or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Above-average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.
