Personal Banker II

Civista Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to expand our banking relationships.

• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our banking products and services, including deposit and lending options, to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
• Operational Tasks: Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining customer records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure seamless customer service.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 35 years of previous teller experience required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a computer-based environment with frequent use of computer screens, reading of reports, and ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
