Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in fostering and sustaining positive relationships with clients by efficiently managing inquiries, generating quotations, processing orders, and executing various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, gathering essential information and facilitating dialogue between customers and the production team.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular engagement with key accounts, ensuring accurate management of purchase orders and releases.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the product design, quotation, order processing, scheduling, and closing phases.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction, including handling expedited and special shipments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing phone and email inquiries, organizing files, and processing paperwork to promote efficient office operations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to process customer credit requests, ensuring thorough verification of each request's validity and accuracy.

Education and Experience:
