About this Role:

We are seeking a talented Business Partner Associate to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the routine functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads, coordinating the hiring process, and conducting interviews.
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall mission and vision of the foundation.
  • Ensuring a seamless staff induction process for new team members and overseeing training and development initiatives.
  • Managing human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Crafting a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and regular employee engagement assessments.
  • Addressing employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of human resource experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business advisory experience highly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritizing tasks and delegating them when necessary.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 per year
