Facility Maintenance Lead Position

Overview

The Facility Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of facilities. This full-time role includes managing repairs, maintenance tasks, and event logistics. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the facility maintenance team in repair and upkeep tasks
  • Delegate assignments to staff and assist in scheduling
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensure timely completion of job assignments
  • Manage preparations and transitions for events
  • Operate vehicles for various maintenance tasks
  • Implement necessary corrective measures

Supervisory Duties
Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff during shifts, including training, task assignment, and resolving employee concerns.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports or entertainment facility management.
At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
