Position Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will utilize your expertise in trauma therapy within a dedicated program. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your therapeutic skills while working in a nurturing and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate therapy to individuals affected by trauma.
  • Manage a manageable caseload that allows for a flexible work schedule.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Neurofeedback while seeking to expand your professional skill set.
  • Possess a current trajectory towards full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or hold an active license, eager to participate in a proven trauma program.
  • Incorporate holistic approaches, including trauma-informed yoga, acupuncture, and massage, to support client healing.

Employment Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or within six months of obtaining full licensure.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, client-centered approach.
  • Proven experience with ACT, TF-CBT, DBT, Neurofeedback Certification, or EMDR in a clinical setting.
  • A strong desire and commitment to work with clients who have experienced trauma.
