Key Responsibilities as Community Engagement Coordinator:

  • Efficiently process rental applications
  • Promptly address resident inquiries
  • Oversee all bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Ensure accuracy in resident lease documentation
  • Supervise vendor compliance
  • Reconcile property accounts on a monthly basis
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes
  • Participate in leasing activities
  • Proactively manage delinquent accounts

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeping role within multifamily housing
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Successful completion of company background checks, credit screenings, and drug tests
  • Valid driver's license
