Program Overview
Located in a supportive environment, our program is designed for adults aged 18 and over who have developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Our 4-bed adult EBSH residential program focuses on delivering non-medical care, structured activities, and assistance with daily living skills, meal planning, and community engagement.

The primary goal of our program is to assist residents in identifying and achieving their personal hopes and dreams.

Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time AM: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Fri-Mon
  • Full-Time PM: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Fri-Mon
  • Short Hour PM: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Sun/Mon (2)
  • Full-Time PM: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Sun-Thu
  • Short Hour NOC: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am; Fri/Sat

Compensation
The anticipated starting wage range is $27.08, with geographic differentials applied to pay ranges based on the location of the role. Starting pay will be determined by relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Program Administrator, you will provide support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities who exhibit challenging behaviors. As a member of our direct care team, you will work collaboratively to enhance the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications (Must Have):

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of six months experience in providing direct care and specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training within six months of employment and obtaining RBT certification within twelve months, or being a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional with maintained credentials.
  • Within one year of employment, completion of both segments of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course, including competency tests, or passing department-approved challenge tests.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to utilize the company vehicle for client transportation to appointments and group activities.
