About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our industrial electrical projects and teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction, gross margin, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and field manage industrial electrical projects, implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Run a crew(s) or project(s) from 30,000 to 100,000 man-hours or project(s) from $10M-$30M.
  • Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50-70 employees on one or more sites.
  • Independently start and manage projects.
  • Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices.
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry.

Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience managing high-dollar industrial electrical projects and large teams.
  • Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively.
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication.
  • Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license.
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives.
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high-quality electrical workmanship.
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications.
