Electrical Superintendent Role Overview

Weifield Group Contracting is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical projects and teams. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for organizing and managing electrical projects, implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency, and supervising a team of electrical professionals.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
* Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
* Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
* Independently start and manage projects
* Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
* Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Requirements:

* 6+ years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
* Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively
* Experience utilizing prefabrication
* Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
* Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
* Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
* Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
