Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Northshore. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy programs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as directed by Physical Therapists.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited school or equivalent.
  • Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
  • BLS CPR certification with American Heart.
