Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineering Intern to join our development team for new mixed signal products. As a Test Engineering Intern, you'll work closely with our engineers to design, develop, and implement test and characterization solutions for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new methods to establish product performance and ensure testability
  • Define and implement test and validation plans to achieve target test coverage and test time
  • Develop, debug, and document complex test software and hardware for Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Participate in new design troubleshooting and provide recommendations to the team
  • Analyze test and characterization data, including statistical analysis
  • Optimize and improve test programs and robustness studies
  • Transfer knowledge to manufacturing engineering
  • Analyze results during reliability studies

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit design
  • Knowledge of lab equipment
  • Experience in software development, preferably in C/C++
  • Experience with ATE, particularly Teradyne ETS, is a significant plus
