We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the State Bar of California. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis and program evaluation to support decision-making for new platforms, testing needs, and compliance levels.
  • Lead the automation of the renewal application process for Limited Liability Partnerships and Law Corporations.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports on compliance levels, data quality, and attorney demographics.
  • Communicate with State Bar staff, committees, licensees, financial institutions, and other stakeholders regarding the Division's transition to different platforms and applications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a field that develops skills related to essential duties, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of journey-level professional experience in data collection and evaluation, research or performance or financial analysis, or grant compliance in a public sector, legal or nonprofit environment, or equivalent.
