We are seeking skilled Thermoforming Technicians to join our team, offering competitive pay rates up to $26/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, including press machines and conveyors.
- Adhere to the daily maintenance schedule and complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and oiling of equipment as required.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate documentation.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary parts and replacing machine components.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of production equipment.
- Interpret and work from machine blueprints effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in plastics manufacturing with experience in setups and changeovers.
- Experience with Thermoforming, Extrusion machinery, or conveyor systems is highly desirable.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts, rotating schedule)
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts, rotating schedule)
- Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $26, based on experience.
