About the Role:

As a Fitness Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members. You will be the face of Gold's Gym, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every member has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored initiatives
  • Follow up on all prospects using established Gold's Gym sales systems
  • Conduct gym tours and telephone inquiries using established Gold's Gym sales systems
  • Stay up-to-date on Gold's Gym Company pricing and promotion schedule
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff, and policies
  • Enforce Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations
  • Develop selling skills and maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
