Join Dahl Consulting as a Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to all patients, including greeting, checking in, and checking out.
  • Schedule Management: Strategically manage patient schedules on behalf of the Clinic Team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including tracking orders, sales, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Communication: Utilize an elevated customer service approach and communication style when working with patients, including phone calls and in-person interactions.
  • Confidentiality: Protect patient confidentiality, collect insurance information, and complete insurance authorization as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work history.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service, medical reception, or retail position preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, with industry familiarity encouraged.
  • Discretion: Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion.
