Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off after three months, medical, dental, and other valuable perks.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in the fine jewelry industry and have opportunities to advance through promotions. As a sales associate manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing strong relationships with customers and exceeding sales targets
  2. Maintaining visually appealing store displays and assisting with visual merchandising
  3. Supporting store management in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards
