Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the general ledger, including journal entry preparation.
  • Conduct variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Generate specialized financial reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends.
  • Support financial and tax audit processes.
  • Review general ledger account coding related to Purchase Orders and vendor invoices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate accounting within a mid-to-large sized organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification or Master's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Strong multitasking abilities and project management skills

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually
