Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Analyst to join our team at Link Consulting Services. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end program financial support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial planning and analysis support for critical programs and product lines.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for assigned segments and product lines.
  • Work with program managers to establish program budgets and ensure financial reporting is consistent with contract requirements.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve program performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and review program EACs, financial reports, and ensure profit rates are properly reflected.
  • Assess risk and opportunities in support of EACs, revenue, and IBT projections.
  • Develop cost analysis for proposals and standard products.
  • Support the development and implementation of company-owned inventory processes, procedures, and production plans.
  • Generate and analyze customer-required reporting for program financial status and earned value reporting.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of DoD program cost and schedule management practices or similar SOX compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high priorities and produce quality results in a tight timeframe.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis/reporting, EVMS techniques, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR/DFAR, proposal pricing, and applicable government billing systems (WAWF).
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Contracts, and Subcontracts procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in GAAP.
  • Knowledge of project management and project control tools such as Costpoint, TM1, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exemplary ethics and business conduct, with a focus on safe work practices.
  • Ability and desire to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.
