Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our expanding Environmental, Construction & Remediation practice in New England and New York. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review written documents, including designs, reports, and proposals.
- Evaluate, design, and implement soil and groundwater remediation systems, including developing rationales and cost estimates.
- Lead and participate in meetings with clients and regulators.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting their growth and success.
- Exhibit excellence in project management and technical planning/performance.
- Prepare and direct the execution of remediation projects.
- Delegate work effectively to Subject Matter Experts and junior staff.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- BS degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, with an advanced degree or additional degree a plus.
- Professional Certification(s): PE (MA, NH, ME, RI, CT, NY), LSP, LEP.
- Minimum 10 years (15+ preferred) of groundwater and soil remediation experience in a consulting engineering firm environment.
- Experience with evaluating, designing, and implementing soil and groundwater remediation systems.
- Experience directing multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Success in business development and client relationship management.
- Superior leadership skills.
