Customer Service Director

- Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys
- Maintain a customer-first focus and deliver a consistently great experience to all customers
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, approaching work with Burlington's philosophy and company core values in mind
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
- Troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions
