  • Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys
  • Maintain a customer-first focus and deliver a consistently great experience to all customers

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, approaching work with Burlington's philosophy and company core values in mind
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
  • Troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions
