Job Summary

At Danfoss, we are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Louisville. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, creating bill of materials, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Supply Chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Create and customize bill of materials based on design setup
Order raw materials for sales orders
Coordinate with Production Planners and Sales to ensure customer requirements are met
Serve as the primary order contact for customers, providing timely correspondence and updates on order status
Collaborate with Sales to create forecasts and coordinate new projects
Assist in problem-solving and answering customer questions to ensure high-level customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
Three or more years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Axapta/SAP software
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Customer service mentality and ability to build trust with customers
