Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Maxor. As a key member of our Pharmacy Operations leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and documenting all aspects of implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects simultaneously, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage architects and construction crews to ensure successful buildouts within budget and on time.
  • Work with business management to define project requirements, establish objectives, and define success metrics.
  • Develop project charters, integrated project plans, and related project management artifacts.
  • Document, track, and disseminate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and questions.
  • Produce meeting notes that effectively capture and communicate project information.
  • Assess and facilitate resolution of high-priority project risks and issues.
  • Define and track project milestones, developing and maintaining an integrated delivery plan.
  • Update business stakeholders on project status and publish project status reports.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company project methodology compliance standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in project management.
  • Experience in 340B integration, supply chain operations, and/or healthcare or pharmacy, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills, including effective presentations.
  • Sound business and technical acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, intermediate skill level in Microsoft Project, and experience using Smartsheets, Confluence, and Microsoft Outlook.
