Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Flex-N-Gate. As a key member of our shipping and receiving department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products to and from our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect raw materials and shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records in our CMS system
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Assist the Shipping Supervisor as needed and perform other duties as required
  • Monitor and maintain customer supplier portals and record material exits
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Examine shipment contents and compare with invoices to verify accuracy and record discrepancies
  • Prepare materials for shipping and generate proper paperwork for transportation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in shipping activities in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on attention to detail
