KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee guest service, relations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure the safety and security of both team members and guests, managing processes to effectively control and minimize lost time injuries.
- Verify that all necessary facilities and equipment are available, clean, and in proper working order.
- Stay informed about marketing promotions and events.
- Monitor, direct, supervise, and observe gaming activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Compile and submit all necessary reports at the end of respective shifts for the efficient operation of the department.
- Witness and document gaming jackpots.
- Facilitate fund exchanges for guests during emergencies or as required by management.
- Maintain current knowledge of Gaming Laws/Regulations and internal controls relevant to areas of responsibility.
- Protect gaming assets.
- Perform repairs on gaming machines as needed.
- Keep the work area organized and clean.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Demonstrate leadership abilities in effectively managing the gaming shift.
- Foster positive and productive relationships among all team members and guests.
- Adhere to state gaming regulations.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to take overall responsibility for the performance of the gaming shift.
- Availability to work as needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience in the gaming industry.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming/racing license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
