Nursing Department Lead

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Department Lead to join our team at Franciscan Health Care Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and adhering to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in long-term care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures

Estimated Salary
$75,000 - $100,000 per year
