Job Summary

The Asphalt Paving Specialist will be responsible for operating one or several types of equipment to perform duties at parking lots. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience and be proficient in operating a Pave Box.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Pave Box equipment to pave and maintain parking lots
  • Communicate daily project status with key stakeholders
  • Ensure all materials are installed per specifications and work is completed to Rose Paving standards
  • Monitor mat and yield daily
  • Control team operation and ensure efficient pace setting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training
  • Broad understanding of Rose Paving's business and proven abilities in asphalt preparation and installation
