Radius Staffing Solutions is currently collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists for Day/Night Shifts. This opportunity offers a highly competitive salary package along with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of clinical experience as a CRT/RRT and hold an active or pending Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky, along with BLS and PALS certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to facility protocols.
- Work with a diverse patient demographic, including both pediatric and adult populations.
- Maintain the physical stamina required for extended periods of standing or sitting in a clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Respiratory Care as a CRT/RRT.
- Possession of an active or pending Kentucky Respiratory Therapist license.
- Availability for 12-hour shifts, working three days a week.
- Flexibility to work either night or day shifts.
- Attractive compensation package.
- Sign-on Bonus available.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Permanent/Direct-Hire Placement.
