Patient Services Lead Job Summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Lead to join our team. As a Patient Services Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating patient meal service and special requests, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee systems and processes to ensure strategic and operational objectives are accomplished
  • Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide excellent service to patients
  • Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with dietary needs or preferences
  • Interact with nursing and evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, and delivery process
  • Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions
  • Aptitude for effectively operating hospital's admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) system, and other computer-based systems
