Job Summary:

  • Coordinating and scheduling HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance.
  • Managing service requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicating with customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a customer service representative or dispatcher is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
