Messaging and Collaboration Specialist

Job Summary:
Computer World Services is seeking a skilled Messaging and Collaboration Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's messaging and collaboration systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, disaster recovery, and managed availability
Implement and enforce messaging policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Provide technical support for users, resolving issues related to email, calendar, and collaboration tools
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
Develop and maintain documentation for messaging and collaboration systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2-4 years of experience in messaging and collaboration administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 Administrator certification
Experience with PowerShell scripting and remediation ticketing systems
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
