Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Professional Turf Products. As a Sports Field and Grounds Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, including schools, sports fields, parks, churches, municipalities, and other large turf area customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at our customer accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best solutions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer service.
  • Travel required minimum 35% overnight to visit customer sites and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, sales strategy, account management, and sales operations management.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations management and ability to execute geographically dispersed account plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
